Intechem apply the very best formulation and production technologies in making coating powders. 

From boiling water resistance coatings to cold impact resistance to anti graffiti and warm to the touch coatings, Intechem manufactures a diverse group of self adhesive TPA’s offering lowest cost coverage from 70 microns (200 mesh) to 700 microns ( 25 mesh) coating thickness. With material density lower than water our TPA’s offer significant cost advantages over thermoset epoxy polyester powders as well as the more pricy nylon powders even when ignoring the high flammable primer cost of nylons that can be as expensive as the powder itself.

Our powder technologies contain no phthalate plasticisers, no isocyanates, no halogen, no detectable heavy metals eg. lead, chromium, mercury, cadmium, no volatile organic compounds and no triglycidyl isocyanurate or brominated fire retardants. The ECO and TPA grades comply with RoHS regulation – restriction of hazardous substances – and approved for contact with drinking water to BS 6920.

Intechem powders grades are recyclable, environmentally friendly coatings and European REACH regulation compliant. In the event of fire close to any ECO grade, for example, there will be no evolution of hydrogen cyanide or other toxic gases, hydrochloric, nitric, sulphuric or other inorganic acids, hydrogen chloride or Phthalate fume
